三坐标平板详细介绍

三坐标平板又叫三坐标平台，是一种适用于各种三座标检验测量工作，机床机械检验测量基准的铸铁平板;还可用于检查机械零件的尺寸精度或形位偏差，平板表层附有三座标线，更方便三座标测量。

三坐标平板/三坐标平台的材质选用高强度铸铁HT200-300，工作表面硬度在HB170至HB240之间，经过人工退火600度-700度和自然时效两三年后，使得三坐标平板/三坐标平台的精度更加稳定，耐磨性能更趋于良性。

三坐标平台，三坐标平板规格：100mm×100mm—3000mm×6000mm，(大于此规格可以拼装使用或按图纸订做。)

三坐标平台，三坐标平板精度：按国家标准计量检定规程执行，分别为0、1、2、3四个等级平板安装就调至水平板、负荷均匀分布于各支点上。环境温度(20±5)℃。使用时应避免振动。

Detailed Introduction of Three-coordinate Plate

Three-coordinate flat plate, also known as three-coordinate platform, is a kind of cast iron flat plate suitable for all kinds of three-coordinate inspection and measurement work, machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement benchmark; it can also be used to check the dimensional accuracy or shape and position deviation of mechanical parts. The surface of the flat plate has three coordinate lines, which is more convenient for three-coordinate measurement.

High strength cast iron HT200-300 is selected as the material of the three-coordinate plate/three-coordinate platform. The hardness of the working surface is between HB170 and HB240. After artificial annealing 600-700 degrees and natural aging for two or three years, the precision of the three-coordinate plate/three-coordinate platform is more stable and the wear resistance is more benign.
