如何用刀口尺检定铸铁平板工作面的平面度

对于尺寸小于400mm×400mm的研磨平板，可用刀口尺与量块比较检定。所有检定工具应符合下表的规定。

用刀口尺及量块检定时，在平板被检截面的两端放置两块尺寸相同（1mm或者2mm）的量块，将刀口尺放在量块上，在截面被检点用微米组量块向刀口尺与平板间的间隙试塞，则量块组刚刚塞入时的尺寸与两端量块的尺寸差即为被检点对两端点连线的偏差。根据评定原则进行数据处理，求得铸铁平板工作面平面度。
